ASCEND CV®
Cardiovascular Structured Reporting
Without Limits
Comprehensive by Design.
Intelligent by Architecture.
ASCEND CV Structured Reporting suite spans the full breadth of cardiovascular subspecialties – connecting deeply across your clinical ecosystem and automatically integrating data into structured, specialty-specific reports that help elevate efficiency to support better clinical
and operational outcomes.

Comprehensive Structured Reporting Modules

Provides structured reporting for all common echocardiography studies: adult transthoracic, transesophageal, congenital and stress echocardiography, etc. Includes import of DICOM SR measurement data, interface to stress devices on the ASCEND approved interface list; supports 17 segment wall motion scoring with auto report content updates, IAC Echo and other echo-specific ASCEND Analytics reports.

Provides structured reporting for all common studies performed in the cardiac catheterization lab: adult diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, diagnostic and interventional cerebral, renal and peripheral vascular procedures.

Features interactive coronary diagrams that correlate to findings within reports. Automatically imports procedural data from Hemodynamic devices on the ASCEND approved hemodynamic device list. Includes data fields for ACC/NCDR PCI harvest and a set of Cath-specific ASCEND Analytics Seamless integration with Epic Cupid enables a complete and efficient invasive Cardiology reporting workflow solution. Multi-vendor interfaces automate the collection of relevant data points from across hemodynamic procedural reporting systems (e.g. Epic Cupid, Philips Xper, GE MacLab, and more) to augment and accelerate physician reporting workflow.

Provides structured reporting for all common cardiovascular CT studies: Agatston scoring and calcium volumes, diagnosing coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease and pre-TAVR evaluation, etc. Includes a set of CT-specific ASCEND Analytics reports.

The Cardiovascular MR (CMR) knowledge base provides structured reporting for common CMR study types including ventricular structure and function; valve structure and function; MR Angiography; congenital heart disease; evaluation of cardiac masses; pharmacologic stress imaging; pericardial disease, etc.

Provides structured reporting for all common electrophysiologic studies: ablation, noninvasive programmed stimulation, DC cardioversion, tilt table, implantation and revision of pacemakers and ICDs, etc. Includes interface to EP recording devices on the ASCEND approved device list and a set of EP-specific ASCEND Analytics reports.

Provides structured reporting for all common vascular ultrasound and peripheral arterial/vascular physiologic studies: cerebrovascular, aortic and abdominal imaging, peripheral arterial imaging and physiologic, venous and access imaging, etc. Includes import of DICOM SR measurement data; interface to physiologic devices on the ASCEND approved device list; IAC Vascular and other non-invasive vascular-specific ASCEND Analytics reports.

Provides structured procedure reporting for all common nuclear cardiology studies: stress, myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI), and radionuclide angiography (RNA), etc. Features interface to stress devices on the ASCEND approved device list and wall-motion scoring with correlative text into the report. Includes a set of Nuclear Cardiology specific ASCEND Analytics reports. The workflow also imports of a set of commonly reported measurements into the Nuclear report.

Provides structured procedure reporting for all common pediatric echocardiography studies: pediatric transthoracic, transesophageal, fetal and stress echocardiography. Includes import of DICOM SR measurement data; interface to stress devices on the ASCEND approved device list IAC Pediatric Echo as well as other pediatric echo-specific ASCEND Analytics reports and Boston Normal Z-Scores.
End Cardiovascular Silos

One structured reporting solution replaces disconnected subspecialty tools without compromising functionality, creating a more powerful, cohesive experience for clinicians and a stronger foundation for coordinated care.
Turn Data into Decisions

ASCEND connects across modalities, devices, and enterprise systems to automatically structure relevant clinical data into accurate,
consistent reports, so that clinicians can make decisions with greater precision and less manual entry.
Creating Sustainable Confidence
ASCEND helps you replace disconnected sub-speciality tools with a unified structured reporting suite that supports the full spectrum of cardiovascular care.

Driving Improved Clinical and Operational Performance
Automatically capture structured clinical data to create accurate, consistent, high-quality clinical reports
Templates, terminology and data structures that reflect true clinical data points, routines, and language
Cross-modality data comparison for quality improvement
Enhanced decision-making and reduced report turnaround time
